Sanjana says, “I was supposed to work with Viraat in Addhuri Lover, but I had to drop the project because the dates were clashing.
I am now teaming up with him for a fresh project. My role is an interesting one, something I have not done before. We all know how skilful Dinakar sir is if we look at his projects, so I am excited to work with him. We will start shooting soon.”
The actress, who made her Tollywood debut with Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavaadini, has signed her second Telugu flick, Full Bottle, which sees her sharing screen space with Satya Dev.
“It’s a dark comedy set in Kakinada and I play a girl who works in an NGO. It has a unique concept that will be refreshing in Telugu cinema. The poster itself has generated a lot of curiosity,” she reveals
On working in Telugu films, Sanjana shares, “I feel language is the only difference. Sometimes, when the dialogues are new to me, I need to concentrate more to understand it better. I have picked up the nuances of Telugu, which has made it easier to shoot.”
Sanjana, who has even dabbled in web series, says, “I think acting wise, we need to be more natural, a little realistic, have more conversations and there is a lot of scope for improvisation when it comes to acting as it has less cinematic elements.”
