Anita Bhat goes horse riding for her next

Anita Bhat, who is still in recovery mode after having tested positive for COVID in May, is working on her physical fitness, while also preparing for her next film, a female-oriented film Abhirami, in which she plays the title role. Directed by Sharan, the film also has Tilak Shekar in a pivotal role.
“Abhirami is the head of a community, who goes to any extent to protect her people.I have been taking horse riding sword fighting lessons for the role, the shoot of which is expected to commence from August 15,” says Anita, adding, “I realised how difficult horse riding really is. Initially, I found it difficult to maintain balance, because I was not getting my body position right, once the horse picks up speed. Over time, I got a hang of it and am enjoying it now.”
