Upendra’s film '45' has seen a decline in numbers at the box office compared to its opening weekend's collections. Released on Christmas, the movie now completed its first week at the box office. Earlier estimates show that the film has made Rs 42 lakh on Wednesday.
According to a trade analyst, the Sacnilk report, the film on the first day of release made Rs 5.5 crore. The collections then dropped to Rs 2 crore on Friday and Rs 1.95 crore on Saturday. Later, on Sunday, the film made Rs 2 crore. The numbers dropped on the weekdays, beginning with Monday, as it made Rs 85 lakh, further Rs 60 lakh on Tuesday and Rs 42 lakh on Wednesday. This makes the film’s total collection Rs 13.32 crore.
Theatrical occupancy
According to the report, the film had an overall 11.24% Kannada occupancy. The morning shows were recorded at 7.83%. It then increased to 13.20%. In the evening it recorded 12.12% during the evening. Later in the night, it had recorded 11.79%.
