BTS references sprinkled over Awkwafina and Sandra Oh's hilarious cross-country comedy 'Quiz Lady’

In the much-anticipated 2023 American comedy film ‘Quiz Lady’, directed by Jessica Yu and written by Jen D'Angelo, the dynamic duo of Awkwafina and Sandra Oh takes centre stage as estranged sisters, Anne and Jenny. The plot unfolds with the sisters forced to join forces to tackle their mother's mounting gambling debts. The stakes escalate when Anne's cherished dog is kidnapped, catapulting them into a side-splitting cross-country escapade to raise the much-needed cash. However, the narrative takes an unexpected and delightful turn as global K-Pop phenomenon BTS makes surprise appearances throughout the film.
