Satellite rights of Salman Khan's next four films sold for a whopping amount

Almost all of Salman Khan's films have entered the 100 crore club and some even entered the 300 crore club. And just like on the big screen, his movies have worked on the small screen too.

According to reports, his last few releases have garnered over one crore TVT on their world television premiere, except 'Tubelight'.

In 2012, Salman made a deal with a channel where eight of his films were sold at a massive chunk. Now, according to the latest report, a channel has acquired the rights of his next four films for a whopping amount of Rs 400 crore which can be considered as Rs 100 crore for each film and this is the biggest satellite deal ever made in Bollywood.

It apparently includes his upcoming film 'Race 3', 'Bharat', 'Kick 2' and one more film which he will sign soon. There is no absolute amount allotted for a single film as the actor needs to shoot for few cross-promotional shows for the same. However, looking at all the factors, it remains the biggest television deal in Bollywood.

Due to this Salman has emerged as the highest paid star on the small screen.

Meanwhile, Salman is working on his next 'Race 3' which also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Saqib Saleem, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. It is slated for an Eid 2018 release.

Salman Khan playing with baby Ahil is the cutest thing you will see today!

Salman Khan and his love for children is a known fact. The actor has been clicked several times with his baby nephew, Ahil. To add to it, most of his fanbase consists of kids. Just recently, Salman's sister, Arpita Khan Sharma posted a video of the actor teaching her son Ahil a few wrestling moves from 'Sultan' which showed a different side of the superstar and if that wasn't cute enough, Salman's stylist Ashley Rebello posted a picture of him playing with Ahil, who decided to bring his 'Sultan' mode on. In fact, if you notice, Ahil seems all game for a friendly match with his uncle! Slumped on Sohail Khan’s lap, Ahil is giving some really cute ‘bring it on’ looks as Salman is leaning over him with his hands in the air. The stylist captioned the picture saying, "#Sultan caught in action! #SalmanKhan with #SohailKhan and Baby Ahil! @khanarpita @BeingSalmanKhan." Now that is one adorable pair of 'mama and bhanja' and we definitely can't get over how cute they look. Salman Khan has a solution for online trolls

Having accounts on social media is one way in which celebrities can stay connected to their fans, but the medium has its own pros and cons. Salman Khan, in a recent interview, said that social media users forget to act "responsibly" while expressing their views on the internet as they get carried away thinking that “no one will find out” about it. Salman has witnessed the horror of social media first hand when his fans created fake accounts to post abuses to Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan. Not only that, some time back, an impostor used his photograph on Facebook to make a casting call for a Bollywood film after which Salman had threatened to quit Twitter too. Salman feels that a clean-up around all the nooks and corners of the virtual world is required. The actor asserts that things will get on the right track when action will be taken against people hiding behind the virtual veil.

Salman Khan's 'Sultan' has created much noise with its content driven script and brilliant performances but that is not the only thing that is driving people crazy. Apparently, Salman's langot has also become a star after most of the wrestling scenes were shot with Sallu wearing just that teeny-weeny piece of cloth. If that was not enough to blow our minds, here's another piece of news which definitely will. Sultan's langot costs a whopping amount of Rs 1 crore. Yes! According to reports, Ali Abbas Zafar had a hard time convincing Salman to say yes to wear the langot for few of the scenes.
