‘Judwaa 2’: Interesting facts about the film

It has been a long-standing tradition for Bollywood celebs to visit theatres after their film's release to get a first-hand audience reaction. Varun Dhawan also decided to try out this strategy for his latest release ‘Judwaa 2’. However, things seemed to have gone sideways real fast for the actor at a local theatre.

According to reports, Varun went to a cinema hall in Juhu along with some friends on Saturday. But things took a turn for the worse when the actor was mobbed by overenthusiastic fans and his security struggled to get him out of there.

Apparently, the ‘Judwaa 2’ star was really shaken up by the incident and has decided to cancel any future theatre visits. Meanwhile, the film is recording a good run at the box-office with a collection of Rs 58.25 crore within just three days of its release.

‘Judwaa 2’ finally saw its release with the onset of the long weekend, a day ahead of the auspicious occasion of Dussehra.

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s wife Warda S Nadiadwala shared a picture of the trio on the micro-blogging site and wished them luck. The picture has all the three, Salman, Varun and Sajid posing for the camera with a pout. She captioned the picture as, “Kisses for all #judwaa2 let the show begin.”

The film stars Varun Dhawan in a double role with Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu as the female leads. The film is a sequel of Salman Khan’s original film ‘Judwaa’ and the Dabangg Khan is seen appearing in his original doubles for a cameo in the movie.

Now, another revamped version of the song 'Oonchi Hai Building' from the original film 'Judwaa' is on its way for the launch. Varun shared his excitement for the same with an Instagram post. He captioned the image, "Soo excited about #OonchiHaiBuilding2.0 . Had such a blast shooting this in london @taapsee with my main boy @boscomartis". The original song was sung by Anu Malik which then became a chartbuster.
