During one of her promotional events, the actress was seen donning a sexy red tasseled backless mini from Ashish’s Fall 2016 collection which she paired with nude pumps and must say, she looked like a million bucks.
The Bollywood diva is setting some major style goals globally, and guess who was spotted in the same attire as hers recently? It was British singer Leona Lewis. The 31-year-old singer wore the exact same red dress and paired it with an extravagant red fur coat, thrown over the shoulder. She decided to go au natural on the face and completed her look with a pair of simple studs and a ponytail.

That’s exactly what happened with the gorgeous Blake Lively, who was recently spotted at the New York Fashion Week in a Michael Kors outfit. Interestingly, Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone had sported the same floral dress during her ‘xXx: Return Of Xander Cage’ promotions sometime ago.

Spreading the spring vibe, Blake teamed up the floral outfit with a pair of tangerine pumps and coral danglers. She completed her look with a pop of coral on the lips, eyeliner and beautiful beach waves.

On the other hand, the ‘Padmavati’ actress paired it with peep-toe heels and skipped accessories altogether. The subtle smoky effect around the eyes, soft pink lips and hair tousled at the ends completed her look.

The actress was seen wearing a ruffled Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla skirt, which she paired with a crop top. Sonam had worn a similar outfit at an endorsement event months ago. On a TV chat show, Sonam had gone on record to say that Deepika should start having a fashion sense of her own. However, influenced or not, Deepika sure does own every look that she adorns.

Deepika Padukone-Aditi Rao Hydari: Battle of the costumes

A new fashion trend seems to have swept Bollywood of late. Designer Nikhil Thampi cannot smile wider as not one or two but many actresses are sporting the same attire at various occasions. From Sonakshi Sinha, Huma Qureshi to Bhumi Pednekar, the divas have donned the full-sleeved attire with a centre slit in different colours.

While Bhumi Pednekar made her first exclusive appearance in the maroon gown post the release of her film Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Sonakshi Sinha was spotted in the same design but in blue, at a car event. And the latest one to have picked the design is Huma Qureshi, who chose a pepped up version with embellishments on the shoulders in red for a fashion event.

In her upcoming film, Bombay Velvet, Anushka Sharma will be seen playing a jazz singer Rosie Noronha. While both the actresses rocked it in the gown, the colour and design on it could perhaps be changed to spice things up.

Deepika Padukone, Parineeti Chopra and Tara Sharma: Now we all love the psychedelic prints on this blue and red number but that doesn't justify why three actresses would choose to go with the same outfit giving us a sense of deja-vu. While Deepika Padukone wore the dress first at a Film Awards announcement conference in January this year, Parineeti Chopra was seen wearing the dress at a photoshoot a few months later. Now, several months down the line actress Tara Sharma who is now a hands-on mother, was seen donning the same dress at Aaradhya Bachchan’s birthday bash on Sunday. While all the three rocked the number, we sure do like the manner in which Deepika's accessorised, giving the dress a rather chic look!

Katrina Kaif and Sonakshi Sinha: Imitation, they say, is the best form of flattery. So is Sonakshi Sinha trying to flatter Katrina Kaif now? Sona, who is seen grooving with Ajay Devgn in the song 'Keeda' from Action Jackson, is sporting a short printed dress in one of the sequences in the song. GCB and Broadway fame actress Kristin Chenoweth flaunted the same Roberto Cavalli gold off-shoulder outfit at this year's Academy Awards.

Deepika Padukone and Shilpa Shetty: Deepika looks gorgeous in the blue Zara skirt paired with a white blouse, but a similar outfit was worn on an earlier occasion by Shilpa Shetty. All we can say is that though Deepika managed to impress everyone with her acting talent, and her fashion is usually statement-worthy, copying an outfit is a strict no-no.

Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone: This one seems to be very interesting. Deepika and Katrina seem to have same choices! We all know that both Katrina and Deepika have been spotted many a times wearing similar outfits. Whether, it is coming out of the airport wearing similar orange trousers and white T-shirt with a shrug, or wearing a white maxi dress, the two actresses have been clicked in ditto dresses. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez: Bollywood beauty Kareena Kapoor has always made it a point that whatever she wears becomes a style statement. The actress has made people follow her trends but this time things seems to be different. At one of the promotional events of her film Agent Vinod, Kareena was spotted wearing a red Trina Turk Ain’t Misbehavin’ dress which was also seen on Race 2 actress Jacqueline Fernandez and it left us wondering who wore it first? Priyanka Chopra and Rani Mukerjee: Ditto is the word that comes to our mind when we look at this picture. Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra, who has evolved as a fashion icon in the last few years has had many incidents where she has been spotted wearing similar outfits which were worn by other Bollywood actresses. This one is from her film Jail's music launch press conference (2009) where she wore a short dress which is similar to that of Rani Mukerji's who wore it on the sets of her show Dance Premiere League (December 2009). Looking at all these pictures we ask why the scarcity of original clothes?

Bipasha Basu and Ameesha Patel: Now, this one will be remembered by everyone in the entertainment industry for ages as Bollywood's two leading ladies Bipasha Basu and Ameesha Patel got involved in a Twitter war over similar outfits at the IIFA Awards 2011. Co-incidentally, Bipasha and Ameesha walked the IIFA green carpet wearing similar outfits but in different colours and after the event got over both exchanged a war of words. While, Bipasha expressed how amused she was at the incident on Twitter, Ameesha reacted to Bipasha's comment by saying that her dress was made by her designer two months in advance and that she doesn't need to copy anyone.
