Armaan Kohli and Tanishaa's love story

This might come as a surprise to many but the Bigg Boss duo, Tanishaa and Armaan have decided to finally call it quits. As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, dated (16th September), after a long phase of dating the couple has finally decided to part ways. Opposite personalities and temperament issues have been cited as the reason for their break up. This comes as a suprise because recently there were speculations of the duo getting hitched soon. Whether or not the duo will maintain their friendship is something we will find out soon. Meanwhile, let's take a look at their love story..

Over the years, Bigg Boss has given birth to many love stories. While some of them lasted only till they were inside the house, many bonds remained strong even outside. Bigg Boss season 7 was nothing less than a love junction for many celebs. While Gauahar Khan found love in the arms of TV star Kushal Tandon, Kajol's little sister too fell in love. Armaan Kohli, who has not had a very flattering career in Bollywood, also found his soul alleged soul mate in Tanishaa.

Inside the Bigg Boss house, the two had the same set of friends and enemies. They used to argue, fight, cry and laugh together. What started as a gesture to stand by each other as friends soon blossomed into something more than just friends. While the media and tabloids kept linking them together, the couple never officially said anything inside the house to prove that. Their 'closeness' was questioned by the host Salman Khan too, but once the 'boat of love' had sailed, there was no stopping them.

While Armaan Kohli, son of well known director Rajkumar Kohli could not make a mark in the film industry, Tanishaa too could not match up to the performances of her sister Kajol. Inside the house, while Tanishaa was known for her calm and diplomatic stands, Armaan Kohli was known for picking up fights every now and then. Armaan and Tanishaa were two very different personalities but yet they seemed to get along very well in the Bigg Boss house. Tanishaa and Armaan stood by each other through thick and thin. And did not even shy away from expressing their love through gestures.

While Tanishaa and Armaan lived happily in their paradise, it was the entry of yoga guru Vivek Mishra that turned things upside down. Vivek Mishra revealed that Armaan also had a girl friend outside the house who was living in with him. While this might have shattered many, Tanishaa and Armaan's relationship stood rock solid. At times, Armaan even used to fight with Tanishaa, used to ask her to never come close to him but Tanishaa never complained. People started speculating that Tanishaa was nothing but Armaan Kohli's punching bag, but nothing deterred Tanishaa from being there for him.

While the buzz was that their alleged relationship would die out as soon as they come outside the house, Armaan and Tanishaa's alleged love story seemed to go strong with each passing day. Not only were they be spotted at various events together holding hands and displaying their affection in public, but there were reports of Tanishaa moving in with Armaan too. They were spotted painting the town red and there was nothing that could separate this couple. The two also apparently showered each other with surprises and lavish gifts. In fact, as per media reports, Tanuja is said to have approved of her daughter's choice.

Soon after their Bigg Boss stint got over, the alleged couple flew to Goa to celebrate. The couple were often seen dining out with Gauahar and Kushal Tandon. They also went for double dates with Sangram Singh and Payal Rohatgi. Their closeness made headlines for months altogether. The reports of them starting a business together also made the rounds during this period.

From Fashion weeks to splurging in Dubai, the couple went all out to display their affection for one another. The couple also went to Vaishno Devi together, along with their parents. This news again gave wings to speculations on their marriage. There was also a report of in Bollywoodmantra.com that Armaan had apparently given a huge solitaire diamond ring to his beloved. The report further added that Tanisha was very excited about the engagement and loved the engagement ring that her beau got for her.

Soon after this, Tanishaa Mukerji arranged for a splendid surprise for Armaan Kohli. The actress planned a surprise trip for Armaan Kohli to Dubai. This trip was Tanishaa's birthday gift to Armaan Kohli. At first, Armaan thought it was some sort of a joke, and he could not really believe it even when Tanishaa showed him the tickets. Armaan was swept away by Tanishaa's gesture.

As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, things had not been going too well between the couple for the last few weeks. But they continued making public appearances together. In fact Tanishaa also attended Rajkumar Kohli's birthday bash, where she even danced with Armaan Kohli. Though they both have been together for more than a year there were no reports of any sort of differences between them during this period.
