Anushka Sharma played the character of a wedding planner in her film ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ and it came as no surprise when she actually hired one for her own real-life wedding. Her hired team was not only able to pull off the secret wedding successfully away from the glares of the media but also made it extremely beautiful and memorable for both Anushka and Virat.
While congratulatory messages have been pouring in for the newlyweds, Anushka took out some time to specially mention and thank the people who were actually responsible for making her wedding happen.

Anushka and Virat decided to go vintage for their engagement, and we're so not complaining. The actress donned a burgundy velvet saree, hand-embroidered with miniature pearls and zardosi work. She wore a stunning uncut diamond and pearl choker with matching studs. The entire look was complemented with kohl-rimmed eyes, red roses and a round bindi. Virat, on the other hand, looked suave in a well-tailored blue suit.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli has always been known for his vivacious personality on and off the field. The 29-year-old seems delighted during his haldi ceremony. Virat is seen dancing his heart out, wearing a simple yellow kurta and a pink scarf. Well, the excitement is clearly seen on his face, and why not!
