It is a known fact that Abhishek Bachchan is very fond of football. The actor along with his family is currently in Russia to catch the finals of the FIFA world cup. The actor regularly posts pictures on Instagram keeping all his fans updated about the trip.

Now Abhishek Bachchan has shared a picture with Amitabh Bachchan from the trip and it is just priceless. The actors were present for the semi-final of FIFA World Cup and the picture is clicked at the stadium. Abhishek captioned the picture as "#FraBel #worldcupsemifinals

On the work front, Big B recently finished the shooting of 'Badla' along with Taapsee Pannu. The actor will also be seen along with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in 'Brahmastra'.

On the other hand, Abhishek Bachchan will be next seen along with Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in ‘Manmarziyaan’.

This is why Amitabh Bachchan doesn't believe in the concept of Father's Day

This Sunday, the entire world celebrated the beautiful occasion of Father’s Day. From renowned celebrities to commoners, everyone posted their most special and cherished pictures with their fathers on social media recollecting their fondest memories with their main man in life. While several Bollywood celebrities posted picture of their fathers wishing him on Father’s Day, Amitabh Bachchan who is known to be one of the most active celebrities on social media, doesn't believe in the concept of Father's Day.

Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan did not just wish his late father and renowned poet, Harivansh Rai Bachchan on Father’s Day, but also extended gratitude towards both his parents on this special day. The 76-year-old actor posted a black and white photo on his Twitter handle with his parents, Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan.

The ‘Brahmastra’ actor's post which was in Hindi said, "What is Father's Day? Every day is dedicated to 'Maa' and 'Babuji'." The actor ended his tweet with the iconic dialogue from the film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham saying, 'Keh Diya Na Toh Keh Diya'.”

Amitabh Bachchan will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji's ‘Brahmastra’, which also stars Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. The film is slated to release in 2019. He has also started shooting for ‘Badla’ with Taapsee Pannu in Glasgow.

Amitabh Bachchan gets nostalgic, shares throwback pictures of himself

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, who has featured in more than 190 films and whose career spans over five decades, shared a few throwback pictures from his younger days.

Taking to Instagram Big B shared a monochrome picture of himself from the sets of 'Don' which he captioned as "DON .. shooting with those glasses that I got specially for the film .. but very sparingly used ..".

A few minutes later the 'Pink' actor shared another younger looking picture of himself with a caption which read as "Those were the days my friend ‘. ... chale gaye wo din..:((". Looks like Big B, who is an inspiration to several actors was in a nostalgic mood today.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Big B will soon be seen in '102 Not Out' alongside Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal. He would also be seen making a special appearance in Akshay Kumar starrer 'PadMan'.

Amitabh Bachchan's throwback picture with his family is too sweet to miss!

Amitabh Bachchan is an avid social media user. The megastar loves to express himself through different social media platforms. Last night, he took to Twitter and shared a monochrome throwback picture of himself with his family.

In the picture, we can see Sr. Bachchan and wife Jaya Bachchan carrying their kids Abhishek and Shweta in their arms. AB also wrote a sweet message for his children that parents world over can relate with.

He asks his children about who gave them the permission to grow up, from a time when they would require parental guidance to the day when they support the parents with their young shoulders. Amitabh Bachchan reminisces as his first film completes 48 years

Amitabh Bachchan has been an influential figure in Hindi cinema for many decades now. The megastar takes often trips down memory lane as he revisits his early years as an actor and he has done it yet again. Taking to Twitter, Big B shared a collage of an old black and white picture from his early days. The actor looks super young and turns out that it is indeed from a really old movie of the actor. It is in fact from his very first movie titled ‘Saat Hindustani’ and the actor confirms it as he tweets, “'SAAT HINDUSTANI' my first film completes 48 years !! Signed on 15th Feb 1969, released on 7th Nov 1969 !!”

On the professional front, the veteran actor will be next seen in ‘102 Not Out’ with Rishi Kapoor.

On the sets of ‘Sholay’

One of the most iconic films of Amitabh’s career was Ramesh Sippy’s ‘Sholay’, where he starred alongside Dharmendra. This rare click is a splendid throwback to the time the film was made. In the picture, Amitabh can be seen seated on a motorcycle with Dharmendra standing on the sidecar. Meanwhile, the film crew can be seen making last minute adjustments on set piece. Obviously, this picture is a part of shooting of the iconic song ‘Ye dosti hum nahi todenge’ which was strangely shot in Bengaluru.

It is not a very big deal now for Bollywood stars trying their luck in Hollywood. But Amitabh was definitely one of the few actors who managed to make his presence felt in Hollywood when it mattered the most. The megastar played a cameo in Leonardo Di Caprio’s ‘The Great Gatsby’ and two were also photographed together on several occasions. Other than his various endeavors and interests, the actor is also an animal lover. In fact, Amitabh was a proud owner of a Piranha Dane named Shounak.
