Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have officially kicked off their wedding celebrations today with their families and a few close friends by their side.

A photo of the hamper that the guests were presented with has turned up on social media. Besides the refreshments, the picture believed to be from the Vicky-Katrina wedding also features a little note of dos and don't for the guests while enjoying the three-day wedding festivities.

'Please enjoy the refreshments that we have put together while you journey through the scenic villages and roads. Sit back, relax and brace yourself for a fun-filled exciting adventure," the note read.



As reported earlier, the guests have been instructed to leave their phones behind and refrain from posting any photos on social media. The note went on to read, "We request you to please leave your mobile phones in your respective rooms and refrain from posting pictures or using social media for any of the ceremonies and events."



This note comes after a video of the grand firework display and musical performance put up for the guests surfaced online. As the celebrations kick off tonight, celebs from Angad Bedi, Neha Dhupia to Kabir Khan and Mini Mathur were photographed arriving at Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.



Kabir Khan, who first directed the actress in his 2009 film 'New York', and his wife Mini Mathur are known to be very close to Katrina. It was at their home in Mumbai that the couple had their Roka ceremony this past Diwali. The actress says she regards Khan to be like her brother. After 'New York', she acted in Khan's 'Ek Tha Tiger' and 'Phantom'.

Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are all set to tie the knot in Rajashthan. ETimes was the first to inform you about their big wedding plans. Katrina, Vicky and their family members reached the wedding venue yesterday. The pre-wedding ceremonies have begun today with a grand Sangeet ceremony. A report suggested that the sangeet is based on the retro theme.

According to a report in Bollywoodlife.com, for the sangeet ceremony, there is a grand stage set up that has a beautiful backdrop of the fort. There will be multiple dance performances and the sangeet will reportedly be based on the retro theme. Going by the theme, the setting has been done with crystal balls and there are grand chandeliers that will give a royal vibe at the ceremony.

Speaking about songs, Katrina will shake a leg on peppy tracks such as 'Sau Aasman', 'Nachde Ne Saare', and others. On the other hand, Vicky will burn the dance floor by performing on his favourite Punjabi tracks. Apart from the bride and groom, Kat's sisters and mother will also be shaking a leg on Hindi and English songs. Vicky’s brother Sunny is likely to perform with his rumoured girlfriend Sharvari Wagh, who is also attending the big fat wedding. Sharvari was recently papped at the Jaipur airport as she arrived to attend the royal wedding.

There are also reports that suggested that Vicky and Katrina will also perform on her romantic track, 'Teri Ore' from 'Singh Is Kinng', starring Akshay Kumar.

According to India Today report, Katrina Kaif will be skipping any song that has a Ranbir Kapoor connect. Yes, you heard that right. Ranbir's songs are a strict no-no. The insiders close to the actress has revealed that she wants 'no memory of RK whatsoever'. The ex-couple have worked in 'Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani', 'Rajneeti' and 'Jagga Jasoos'.
