#MeToo : Tanushree Dutta files an FIR against Rakesh Sarang, Ganesh Acharya and Samee Siddiqui
Tanushree Dutta's allegations of sexual harassment against Nana Patekar have opened a whole new can of worms in the film industry.
According to the latest developments, the trio of Horn 'Ok' Pleassss director Rakesh Sarang, the producer Samee Siddiqui and the film's choreographer Ganesh Acharya have been accused of sexual misconduct under the sections of 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. They have been summoned by police and have recorded their statements. Tanushree's lawyer Nitin Satpute reportedly said that her statement has been recorded in English and that the lawyer made a special request to write it in English so that she can understand the language as her statements were being written in Marathi.
