According to IANS, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi shared the memory during an exclusive conversation with the news agency. She was asked about the lasting popularity of 'Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa' and what made the film work across generations.
Suchitra credited director Kundan Shah for the film’s charm and emotional pull. She said, “I do not know if I can call it magic, but it was certainly Kundan Shah's magic. It was his storytelling and the innocence he captured in every character, whether it was Shah Rukh's character, Deepak's character or Ashutosh's character. The story felt very natural and relatable. Every film has its own destiny, and I am simply grateful that I was a part of it.”
