He added in the interview, “I am very thankful to the Almighty that I have seen this phase once again with another film. I am talking about 1975 when Sholay was released. I was 10 years old then. The craze that I saw then, I am seeing again in 2026.He quipped that while he had not seen ‘Mughal-e-Azam’ since it was released before he was even born, he still compared its hype to ‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge.’ “I think Dhurandhar is one of the best films to come out of the Indian film industry,” he added, further sharing that Dhar’s film is setting the stage for future films in the Indian industry altogether, not just Bollywood.
