Shraddha Kapoor: All the actors are living out the director’s vision

Shraddha Kapoor is teaming up with Shahid Kapoor for the second time for ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ after sharing screen space with him in Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Haider’. Quiz the actress on what she discovered about her co-star this time around and she reveals, “Shahid comes with a lot of experience. What I have noticed on set is that, his camaraderie with the directors he works with is phenomenal.Also, ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ is completely different from ‘Haider’. It was interesting to share screen space with him in a different context. Also, it helps if you get along with your team and co-actors in a film. All the actors are living out the director’s vision. So, it’s important to submit to the director. There is a particular sur that every filmmaker comes with and it’s important to understand that.”
‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ is directed by Shree Narayan Singh and deals with the rising cost of electricity.
