Shanaya Kapoor recalls being ignored by fans; Farah Khan reacts to the funny story

Shanaya Kapoor is now busy promoting her new film, 'Tu Yaa Main,' which will release in theaters on February 13.

Shanaya, her co-star Adarsh Gourav, and her mother, Maheep Kapoor, sat with Farah and spoke in a very simple way.

The newbie actress then shared a very funny moment from her life. She said she sometimes thinks that being the child of star parents has a few perks and joked that it even helps while promoting her films. But Shanaya also said there are times when things go the other way and become very funny.

Shanaya told Farah that she once went to watch Marty Supreme with her mother. They were sitting quietly when she noticed a group of girls walking towards them. Shanaya said she thought the girls wanted a selfie with her. She felt this because the trailer for 'Tu Yaa Main' had just come out. So she assumed people were now coming to her for pictures.

But Shanaya said the girls completely walked past her, and they did not even stop for a second. Instead, they went straight to Maheep Kapoor. The girls told Maheep that they were big fans. They spoke to her with a lot of excitement. Shanaya revealed that she was still sitting there thinking the moment was for her. But it turned into something else.

Shanaya laughed even more while telling the next part. She said the girls finally turned to her only to ask, “Can you take our picture with your mom?” Shanaya said she got up and clicked their photo. She said she felt it was very funny and very real at the same time.
