Sathyaraj goes to Tollywood

After 27 long years, Sathyaraj has finally agreed to do a Telugu film.
He had worked in the late 70s as villain in many Telugu films with Shobhan Babu and Suman. Now, he is going back to Tollywood to play dad to Gopichand.
The actor, whose Pollachi Mappillai is ready for release, says he is doing the flick after many years because he was impressed by the script and couldn���t refuse the offer.���Though I am playing only a dad���s role in the movie, it is of high importance. My character takes the story forward,��� says the actor. Apparently, there are talks in the industry that his film with Thangar Bachan, which also stars Madhavan, might be shelved.
