Sammir’s birthday wish comes true
Sammir Dattani turned a year older yesterday. And what made the birthday all the more special was a film that the actor’s bagged with ace filmmaker Shyam Benegal.
Incidentally, while the director was quite high on the actor���s wish list for this year, Benegal too on his part was equally keen to cast him after watching his performance in Mukhbir.
So, obviously one would expect the actor to bring in his birthday with a big dhamaka considering he has two big reasons to celebrate it. However, Sammir on the contrary kept himself immersed in work on his B-day.
He said, ���I had a couple of meetings scheduled during the day and had an evening shoot to do, so it was quite a hectic day. But it was spent doing what I really enjoy ��� work, so, I would say it was a good way to celebrate.��� Well, now that���s what we call a real hard-worker. Way to go Sammir!
