According to Magicbricks, instead of settling for a luxury flat, Rohit Shetty invested in an entire 10-storey structure in Juhu, one of Mumbai’s costliest residential pockets. The building serves as his family residence, where he lives with his wife Maya, son Ishaan and his mother, offering rare privacy and controlled access in the bustling city.

Luxury cars, four floors deep

Reflecting his fascination with powerful machines, the lower four levels of Shetty’s Juhu tower are reserved exclusively for his cars. His collection features a Lamborghini Urus worth around Rs 3.15 crore, a Mercedes-AMG G 63 priced at approximately Rs 2.55 crore, a Maserati GranTurismo Sport and a customised Mustang GT, turning the space into a private auto gallery.

The remaining floors of the building are leased out, making the property a long-term investment. With Juhu real estate prices hovering between Rs 45,000 and Rs 80,000 per square foot, the tower itself is valued at several crores. Much like films such as ‘Singham Returns’ and ‘Golmaal Again’, Shetty’s real life reflects scale, control and commercial precision.

Early steps in film industry

Rohit Shetty’s entry into cinema began at just 17 with ‘Phool Aur Kaante’, where he worked as an assistant director under Kuku Kohli. The 1991 film also marked the debut of Ajay Devgn, initiating a professional association that would later become one of Bollywood’s most successful actor-director collaborations.

After assisting on multiple projects, Shetty made his directorial debut with ‘Zameen’ in 2003, starring Ajay Devgn. His career-defining moment arrived in 2006 with ‘Golmaal’, featuring Devgn and Arshad Warsi.
