'Brahmastra' director Ayan Mukerji made jaws drop when he revealed that he was the one who stopped Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor from going public with their romance. The director said at the film's launch event that he cast the two in his film because he thought 'it was just too good'. However, it didn't take long for sparks to fly between the two co-stars. Ayan explained, "I didn't want the whole world to see them for these 4 years. I didn't want anyone to see them till my film had not come out. So, Lots of things haven’t happened in their lives because every time they went out together, I would be sitting at the back saying 'you all are ruining my film. Please don't go anywhere.'"

Tom Holland and Zendaya

Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput

Sara Ali Khan's alleged romance with Sushant Singh Rajput became public long after their split. But, did you know it was Kareena Kapoor Khan who first raised eyebrows with her fiery statement? The actress, who was a guest on a chat show, was asked by bestie Amrita Arora, what dating advice she would give Sara. To this, Kareena promptly replied, "Don't date your first hero!" When host Komal laughed at her remark, Kareena insisted, "I have said (it)."

Sara made her Bollywood debut with 2018's 'Kedarnath', which had the late actor as the male lead. According to reports, the two were in fact in a low-key relationship and managed to sneak out under the radar.

Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone

Tom and Zendaya weren't the only 'Spider-Man' co-stars who dated in real life. Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were among the most loved couples in Hollywood after they starred together in 'The Amazing Spider-Man' films. While Garfield played the superhero, stone played his love interest, Gwen Stacy. The two co-stars were also warned about dating each other by their producer Amy Pascal. In her interview, she said, "I gave the same advice to Andrew and Emma. It can just complicate things, you know? And they all ignored me."

Andrew and Emma dated for four years until they called it quits in 2015, a year after 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' hit theatres.
