Actor Rajniesh Duggal is normally ssociated with horror films after 1920, Phirr and unreleased 3-D flick Dangerous Ishq. Concerned about being typecast, he signed up for Be Careful, an out-and-out comedy directed by Chandrakant Singh (Bin Bulaye Baraati). “Versatility is what I am looking for in the roles I choose After doing a horror and a thriller, doing a comedy like Be Careful was great fun. I enjoyed myself and wouldn’t mind doing another comedy in the near future”, says Duggal. Says Singh, “Some people were sceptical about Rajniesh doing comedy but you will be amazed to see his comic timing. He has done a brilliant job. Rajniesh and this new boy Zaid play husbands who fantasise about other women which lands them in trouble more often than not.”
The film has been shot entirely in Thailand with a great support cast including Zaid, Tanisha Mukerji, Kiran Rathore, Shilpi Sharma, Tulip Joshi, Sanjay Mishra, Johnny Lever, Hemant Pandey, Asrani, Shakti Kapoor and Rajpal Yadav. Produced by Amrit Duzari under the banner of United Colours Entertainment, the film releases on October 21.
