Pragya Jaiswal talks about her European sojourn; calls it a much-needed break
It is important to strike a balance between one’s work and personal life. Pragya Jaiswal couldn’t agree more. The actress recently went on a trip with her family to Europe. She shares, “I went on a proper trip with my family after almost three years. We visited six countries. We had planned to visit Europe before the pandemic, but we couldn’t execute it owing to travel restrictions then. So, I am happy that it finally worked out.”
The trip was special for more reasons than one. Pragya got a chance to celebrate Father’s Day, which coincided with her parents’ 39th wedding anniversary and her mother’s 60th birthday. She shares, “We spent quality time and celebrated all these special occasions together. It was a much-needed break”
While the Jaiswal family travelled together after quite some time, the ‘Titoo MBA’ actress plans to make it an annual ritual. She shares, “It gets difficult to plan an annual holiday with family, as a lot depends on work commitments. Also, everyone’s schedules have to match, which is quite a task. Having said that, I would love to plan a family vacation once a year at some point. The most fun part of going with your family is that you can do a lot of sightseeing and touristy stuff, which is amazing especially when you are exploring a city or a country for the first time. However, with friends, you usually have such high energy that you end up doing everything else but sightseeing.”
Now that she is rejuvenated following a short break, she is looking forward to getting back to work. She says, “Exciting stuff is happening on the work front, but we will have to wait for an official announcement.”
