Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh, along with his father, playback singer Nitin Mukeshchand Mathur, has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Lower Parel area for Rs 11.35 crore.
Property registration documents reviewed by SquareYards confirm the deal, officially registered in July 2025 via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.
He made his full-length acting debut as a lead in 'Johnny Gaddaar' (2007) and has appeared in notable Hindi films such as 'New York' (2009), 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' (2015), 'Golmaal Again' (2017), and 'Saaho' (2019).

As reported by Hindustan Times, the apartment is located on the 31st floor of World One, a premium building by Lodha Developers. It measures 2,044 sq ft and comes with two car parking spaces.
