Ira Khan bravely addressed her struggles with mental health, acknowledging the privileges and pressures that come with being a celebrity offspring. In an interview with India Today, she candidly shared her journey of self-acceptance, urging others to confront their own battles with compassion. She said, “I was like, ‘What are you useless human beings? You don't have the right to be depressed; you have so much privilege.’.”

Ira admits to occasionally 'stalking' herself on Instagram, reflecting on the evolution of her online persona. Despite feeling the weight of her posts, she recognizes the importance of authenticity and strives to reclaim the joy and spontaneity that once characterized her profile. Her Instagram post once read, “I stalk myself on Instagram sometimes. I feel like I used to have such a fun and interesting Instagram. Now it's all heavy. Probably because that's how I've been feeling.”
