According to News 18, the property registration records that are available on the website of the Inspector General of Registration show that the sale was finalized in August 2025. With that, Malaika generated a profit of approximately Rs 2.04 crore from her initial purchase price in March 2018.As per the report, the deal also involved a huge stamp duty of Rs 31.08 lakh and a registration charge of Rs 30,000.According to the report, the lavish flat has a carpet area of 1,369 sq. ft. and a built-up area of 1,643 sq. ft. Along with that, it also has a dedicated car parking space.Reportedly, the Bollywood diva initially purchased the property for Rs 3.26 crore just over seven years ago. The recent sale has resulted in a remarkable 62 percent appreciation in its value, a testament to Mumbai's robust real estate market and the property's prime location in Andheri West.Amid the news of her real estate deal, the actress' picture from the Onam celebration is gaining attention. On September 5, she posted a beautiful collage to mark the festival of Onam.
