The festive spirit has set in and Bollywood celebrities will soon take off to much needed vacations across the globe. A current favourite with celebrities is Maldives, as several actors are either enjoying a stay there currently or have returned after a rejuvenated trip to the island destination. Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan seem to love spending time in the snow-capped regions of Gstaad, Switzerland. The fancy European destination has often hosted this royal couple of Bollywood. Speaking about their frequent Swiss visits, Kareena had told Mumbai Mirror, “If you hold a gun to my head and ask for my last wish, I’d want one last holiday in Gstaad. It’s the most beautiful and romantic place in the world.”

Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor made a memorable revelation during their New York trip in 2019. The couple was celebrating Arjun’s birthday in the Big Apple and that’s when Malaika made their relationship official with her birthday post for her beau. “It's been a surreal holiday. Thank you, New York till we meet again (and we shall)," Arjun had captioned a picture from their vacay there.

While they often travel the globe together thanks to Virat’s professional commitments, Anushka’s favourite holiday destination is reportedly the Himalayas. On the occasion of Virat Kohli’s birthday in 2019, the couple had taken off to the Himalayas and shared several glimpses from their serene vacation.

Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna’s favourite holiday destination seems to be Cape Town in South Africa. In 2017, Akshay and Twinkle holidayed in Cape Town during New Year and also celebrated Twinkle’s birthday there. “Away from the hustle bustle...in a place I never get tired of. Cape Town, thank you for always being a welcoming sight! #getaway #famjam,” Akshay had shared in 2016 along with a picture of his favourite destination.
