Janhvi Kapoor's dynamic and well-balanced routine helps her maintain her unique level of fitness. Her regimen, which combines Pilates, cardio, weight training, yoga, dance, and functional movements, is based on consistency rather than extremes. A healthy, home-cooked diet, careful hydration, and the occasional rich cheat meal are how she balances her workouts. Janhvi modifies her training to maintain her strength, flexibility, and mental stability whether she is on vacation or getting ready for a movie role. ​Pilates—Core of Her Fitness Regime

Janhvi attributes her fitness to Pilates, both mat and reformer-based. She engages in core-focused exercises such as side planks, sumo squats with heel raises, hip lifts, and single-leg deadlifts under the supervision of trainer Namrata Purohit. Her posture and body shape are improved by these exercises, which also increase her core strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates combines body and mind awareness, which makes it both mentally and physically demanding.

Janhvi eats a well-balanced, home-cooked diet full of fats, proteins, and nutritious carbohydrates. She starts her day with a spoonful of Desi ghee and warm detox water made with lemon and honey. Peanut butter toast, egg whites, or oats can be served for breakfast. Usually, lunch consists of homemade roti with seasonal vegetables and paneer or dal, and dinner is light and consists of salads, vegetable soups, or grilled fish that is consumed at least three hours before bed. Drinking enough water is also important.

Janhvi accepts occasional treats in spite of her strict routine. She happily and guilt-free indulges in comfort food favorites like pasta, momos, and chocolate treats on cheat days. Her philosophy emphasizes a balanced way of living that encourages sustainability and well-being rather than restriction by allowing mindful exercise and occasional enjoyment to exist together.
