I feel more human than ever before: Armaan Malik on life after marriage
Singer Armaan Malik says life after marriage has changed him in the most grounding way. Speaking about his relationship with wife Aashna Shroff, he shares, “It has brought a lot of peace, stability and calm. I feel more human than ever before and supremely grounded; and I think that has definitely reflected in my work. I’m grateful to have a partner like Aashna in my life!”
That sense of balance came after a particularly testing phase. Looking back at 2025, Armaan said, “It was challenging both personally and professionally. But it taught me a lot about patience, balance and listening to myself,” he says, describing it as a period that reshaped how he approaches both life and music.
On the global stage, one of Armaan’s most memorable experiences has been collaborating and performing with Ed Sheeran. “Ed is an inspiring human being and artist. I learnt a lot from his approach to songwriting and live performances. I’m glad I can call him a friend, a brother for life,” he says. The exposure has also strengthened his belief that India is fast becoming a serious concert destination. “Mumbai has great energy and we are gradually becoming a top-tier global concert city,” he adds, citing events like Global Citizen and Lollapalooza India as milestones in that journey.
Armaan, who recently performed at the Royal Stag BoomBox, shared, “It was exciting.” Talking about music reality shows he added, “I respect music reality shows because they’ve introduced so much talent. If I ever do it, I’d want to mentor rather than judge.” From finding emotional calm at home to sharing stages with global stars, Armaan today stands at a place where personal growth and musical ambition meet.Get the latest entertainment updates from the Times of India, along with the latest Hindi movies, upcoming Hindi movies in 2026 , and Telugu movies.”
