Govinda just proved to fans why he is the ultimate "Hero No. 1".
The actor has gone viral on social media after a video of him stepping in to save the day has gone viral online. In the clip, the actor's bodyguard was seen getting into an altercation with fans outside an event.
Govinda's bodyguard allegedly pushes fans
According to videos circulating online, Govinda was leaving the venue when a large crowd of fans gathered around him. Amid the frenzy to catch a glimpse of the actor, and take photos of him, Govinda's bodyguards were seen struggling to hold back the crowds. In an effort to clear a path, the bodyguard were seen pushing people aside, which did not seem to go down too well with a few.

Govinda steps in to apologise
As per the video, the situation escalated into a heated argument between the bodyguard and several members of the crowd, demanding to know why they were pushed. Amid the verbal spat, Govinda was seen stepping in to calm the situation.
Realising that fans were upset, the actor was seen personally apologising and was even heard saying, “Arre sir ji… rehne do…” (“sir… let it be…”).
He was then seen making a quick exit from the venue.
When actors' bodyguards misbehaved with fans
Incidents involving celebrity bodyguards clashing with fans are not uncommon. Previously, the bodyguards of actors like Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Nagarjuna and many others made headlines when they allegedly misbehaved with fans.
