Every Bollywood couple is not from the same fraternity. There are quite a few actors who have married outside the industry and are living a blissful married life. Although it is a fascinating thought to marry a star and be in the limelight along with the partner, many star wives prefer to stay away from the glam world. The reel life 'serial kisser' Emraan Hashmi is a loving husband and a doting father in real life. Emraan and his wifey Parveen were dating way before he made it to the big screen. After dating each other for almost ten years, they decided to get married in 2006. Emraan says that Parveen has been a very understanding wife, especially with him kissing other actresses on-screen. For every on-screen kiss, he used to give her a new handbag, which she now has a cupboardful! At the time when their little son, Ayaan was fighting against cancer, both of them were the pillar of strength for each other and their son. Hashmi's wifey is often papped stepping out with the actor for lunch or dinner dates, however, she prefers to stay away from the spotlight.

The actor with a cute smile Vivek Oberoi had an arranged marriage with Priyanka Alva in 2010. She is the daughter of Karnataka minister, Jeevaraj Alva. The couple welcomed a daughter in April 2015, Ameyaa Nirvana and also are proud parents to two-year-old son Vivaan Veer. Priyanka prefers to stay away from the media glare and actively works for an NGO called Artistes Foundation for Arts, as part of her social work.

Sutapa Sidkar was Irrfan Khan’s classmate in National School of Drama (NSD) in New Delhi. Sutapa is a scriptwriter in Bollywood, while Irrfan is an internationally acclaimed star. He says that he gets strength from his wife who prefers to stay behind the cameras.

Like John Abraham, his wife Priya Runchal also likes to keep a low profile. The actor met Priya who is an investment banker and financial analyst from the USA through a mutual friend. After dating Bipasha Basu for almost a decade, the duo decided to part ways. In 2010 he met Priya and then after a brief period of dating they decided to get married in 2014. She has managed to keep herself out of the limelight. According to the 'Batla House' star, Priya would rather sit back and do some genuine work.

Rukmini Sahay is an aviation graduate from Aurangabad and is from Mumbai. Neil and Rukmini met through their families and after dating for a few months they decided to get engaged in 2016. The couple tied the knot in the following year. Now, they are parents to a baby girl, born on September 20, 2018. The actor keeps sharing adorable and lovely pictures of his dear wife and daughter on Instagram. During different outings also the family is usually papped together.

Several ties we have seen Shakti Kapoor and daughter Shraddha Kapoor hanging out together, but we have rarely seen Shivangi Kolhapure Kapoor stepping out with them.
