Don’t do films for awards: Huma Qureshi

HumaQureshi is making her mark in Bollywood. After winning several awards, Huma was recently nominated at the IIFA Awards in the best actress category. But Huma’s happy with her films and awards have never been her focus.
“I’m very happy with the kind of films I am doing. Awards are like an added feather in the cap. But you don’t do films for awards, you do them for appreciation.All my films have been commercial successes. Personally for me, when someone writes to me on Twitter or watches my film and does a private review and sends it to me, I really appreciate that. Those are the people whoa re taking out the time from their busy schedule to watch my film so I’m very happy. I’m glad I can touch their lives in some way and make a difference”, says Huma.
