'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' woos international audiences; called 'The best Indian movie of the year'

'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' is continuing its successful run beyond cinemas, with the film now winning over international audiences following its OTT debut. The action-packed sequel that debuted for streaming in international locations on Netflix, has already climed its way up to the Top 10 global charts, and going by the reviews pouring in, it has also won over audiences.

As per the latest reports, the film that is currently on the ninth spot worldwide, according to Flix Patrol, is already being dubbed by netizen as 'The best Indian movie of the year'.

Following its OTT release, several viewers praised its scale, action sequences and emotionally charged storytelling. One viewer wrote, “Finished watching Dhurandhar The Revenge on Netflix. Love it and the first movie. So so good!!”

Another hailed the film as “the best Indian movie of the year,” adding, “4hrs of greatness... It really is historic. I’ve watched both and I really enjoyed it which was what prompted me to tweet about it and about the songs.” A tweet from the same handle had the man expressing a desire to visit India someday after being impressed by the films and music.

The sequel’s intense action has also drawn comparisons to Hollywood superhero spectacles. One viewer commented, “I hope it wasn't just me who felt while watching both parts of Dhurandhar that this movie is so much like Zack Snyder’s Justice League. With all the ‘parts’ and then the ending.”
