Kabir Khan is celebrating his birthday today, and adding a little sparkle to his day was actress
Deepika Padukone.
The star, who will be seen featuring in Kabir’s ambitious sports drama ’83, took to her social media handle to pen a thoughtful birthday note.
“Happy Birthday. Wishing you good health, peace of mind and much success.. always!” Deepika wrote as she shared a cheery photo of the director.
’83, will mark Deepika’s first film with Kabir Khan. The sports film featuring
Ranveer Singh in the lead, will not only tell the story of cricket legend
Kapil Dev, but will also chronicle Team India’s big cricket world cup win in 1983.
The film that was originally scheduled for a summer release, was postponed due to the covid-induced lockdown. ’83 is now scheduled for a December 2020 release.
