If sources are to be believed, then Celina Jaitley, Jacqueline Fernandes, Mahi Gill, Vidita Pratap Singh, Shweta Bharadwaj, designer Rohit Verma and a dozen other Bollywood personalities and models will join DJ Jenny D in a protest against harsh police action against members of the gay community last weekend. The protest is likely to take place this weekend, but the venue and the exact details are not available.

Jenny D was non-committal about the celebrities joining the protest and even refused to say what the exact form of protest would - either a rally or something else. She only admitted that a novel form of protest is being planned out. "We are yet considering the options and will not divulge any details unless we have a green signal from our lawyers," said Jenny D. However, a source said that a morcha on the lines of the Slut Walk March or Besharmi Morcha held in Delhi recently is being planned.
Last week the police arrested and detained about 133 party goers because the venue of the party - a bungalow in Juhu area did not have all the required licenses. The organisers of the party were also arrested by the police for serving liquor without obtaining the requisite licenses.
