'Bioscopewala' song: The title track has a rustic yet captivating vibe to it

Danny Denzongpa has been doing character roles for a long time now in Hindi as well as regional cinema. After what seems like ages, he will be seen in a lead role in a film titled as 'Bioscopewala', whose title track has come out now.
The title is a beautiful and captivating track which has a folksong-like quality to it. The music from Sandesh Shandilya is simple yet effective in narrating the story of the lead man with K.Mohan’s voice backing it up. Gulzar, who has penned the lyrics for the song, once again proved his literary genius with his thoughtful lyrics. The video of the song is also endearing as it shows Danny as the bioscopewala who entertains the kids in his village with his films.
Based on Rabindranath Tagore’s classic ‘Kabuliwala’, the film will release in theatres on May 25, 2018.
