India is all set to play South Africa in the Cricket World Cup Group-B match slated to happen at Nagpur on Saturday 12th March 2011.
A day before the big clash, TOI managed to speak to Harbhajan Singh’s former lover Geeta Basra. The two could still be a couple although rumour has it that the couple has parted ways.

Geeta walked as a showstopper on Day One of the LFW, looking stunning in a resort bridal wear designed by duo Parvesh and Jai. Geeta wore a flowing light lehenga with a dupatta full of gota work.
Just before the show Geeta spoke exclusively to TOI saying, “I am nervous. I hope I don’t encounter any wardrobe malfunction.”
When quizzed about Harbhajan, Geeta stayed tight lipped and then added, “My wishes are with not just Harbhajan but the entire Indian Cricket team. I am definitely following the Cricket World Cup, who wouldn’t?”
We even dared to ask Geeta with a wink as to whether she would be attending any of the World Cup matches. The actress has been spotted accompanying Harbhajan, to various Cricket matches and IPL before.

Extremely reluctant to talk anything about Harbhajan, Geeta revealed, “I won’t be watching any of the World Cup matches in a stadium as I am extremely busy with films. I have just signed two big films” revealed Geeta with much reluctance.
Speaking about her showstopper dress, Geeta revealed, “I am wearing this resort bridal wear which is so light that I barely feel the fabric on my body. I’d love to have a beach wedding of my own some day!”
Geeta, you reminded us of this Gurinder Chadda’s film, “’Bhajji’ on the beach”! Over to you Harbhajan!
