After welcoming their daughter Vamika in 2021, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli announced on social media that they were blessed with their second child on February 15. Revealing his name in the post, they wrote, '"With abundant happiness and our hearts all of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay & Vamika's little brother into this world! We seek your blessings and good wishes in this beautiful time in our lives.'

As soon as the couple shared the announcement post, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Sonam Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and others showered love in the comment section.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tied the knot in April 2022 and welcomed their first child, a baby girl in November the same year. Alia shared the news with her fans with an adorable Instagram post. Sharing a sketch of a lion and lioness with their cub, Alia wrote, "And in the best news of our lives:- Our baby is here.. and what a magical girl she is ♥️ We are officially bursting with love - blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!!! love love love Alia and Ranbir."

The couple also announced that they have named their baby girl Raha Kapoor. Alia also explained the meaning of the name and wrote, “Raha, in its purest form means divine path, in Swahili she is Joy, In Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, In Bangla – rest, comfort, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss."

Sonam Kapoor welcomed her first child, a son with her husband Anand Ahuja on August 20, 2022. The couple named their son Vayu Kapoor Ahuja. In a lengthy Instagram post, Sonam explained the reason why she chose the name for her son.

Sharing a photo of herself and Anand holding Vayu with pride, Sonam wrote, “In the spirit of the force that has breathed new meaning into our lives. In the spirit of Hanuman and Bheem who embody immense courage and strength…In the spirit of all that is sacred, life-giving and eternally ours, we seek blessings for our son, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja. In Hindu scriptures Vayu is one of the paanch tatvas. He is the deity of breath, the spiritual father of Hanuman, Bheem and Madhav and He is the incredibly powerful lord of wind.”

Dia Mirza and Vaibhav Rekhi announced the birth of their first child, a baby boy. He was born on May 14th, 2021. Dia shared a close up shot of her newborn holding her hand and penned a heartfelt post. In the open letter, the actress shared her experience with early childbirth. While the actor's first steps into motherhood have come with their own challenges, Mirza revealed that watching her son power through the next two months of his birth was an inspiration. She also revealed that they have named their son Avyaan Azaad Rekhi.

Bipasha Basu welcomed her first child with Karan Singh Grover On November 12, 2022. Announcing the arrival of her baby girl, she shared a post which had the picture of her baby's feet with Bipasha and Karan's hand underneath. They also revealed that they’ve named their daughter: Devi Basu Singh Grover. Sharing the happy news, Bipasha wrote, “The physical manifestation of our love and blessings of Ma is here now and she is divine.”
