He came and he conquered. But he never quite saw what he wanted to. On Wednesday, right after he had finished shooting in the Ausgram forest of Burdwan, Amitabh Bachchan drove straight to the Uttarayan complex at Santiniketan, which houses Rabindra Bhavana, the Tagore museum. Unfortunately though, since Visva-Bharati is shut on Wednesdays, the museum too was shuttered.

TOIEntertainDubbing date in city? While the Kolkata leg of the shooting of Ribhu Dasgupta’s Te3n went fine, it’s been a tense outdoor schedule so far in Burdwan for the production team. Amitabh was first supposed to start shooting there on Tuesday, but this was cancelled. The shoot finally began on Wednesday, but Big B travelled back to Kolkata the same evening. There were rumours that he did not like the hotel arrangements, but producer Sujoy Ghosh nipped the speculation in the bud. “He had some prior commitments, which is why he went back to Kolkata,” Sujoy said. We hear that Amitabh returned to the city to finish some dubbing work.
