Amitabh Bachchan to travel over 300 km for his shoot in Burdwan

Amitabh Bachchan is currently shooting in Kolkata for Sujoy Ghosh's upcoming film Te3n. According to sources, the actor will be commuting from Kolkata to Burdwan town, located near Santiniketan, travelling nearly 300 km daily, as he did not like the hotel in Bolpur-Santiniketan.

Sources reveal that the actor was keen on visiting Rabindra Bhavana, a memorial museum established in 1942, which is located in Santiniketan.However, since the museum remains closed on Wednesday, he was not able to fulfil his desire. Following this, Big B checked into a hotel in the same area, but is said to have left after a few minutes, as he was not happy with the facilities offered by the hotel. The actor will now be staying in Kolkata and travelling over 300 km to Burdwan to complete the four-day shooting schedule.
After completing the Kolkata leg of the shoot, filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh and his team are camping at Bolpur. The film Te3n, which also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vidya Balan, is slated to release next year.
