Aishwarya to take to social networking?

Even though hubby Abhishek Bachchan and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan regularly interact with their fans on social networking sites, Aishwarya has stayed away.
Even as her fans repeatedly urged Big B and Abhi to introduce her to the social networking world, Ash saved herself from getting bitten by the bug. However, it seems more than will; it’s going to be the need that will force Ash to jump the bandwagon.
The actress is currently shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine which is slated to release by year end. Considering reports that the Bachchan bahu may be two months pregnant, there’s a possibility that Ash may not be able to actively participate in the film’s promotional activities.
In such a scenario, it will become more than imperative for the actress to resort to social networking sites to interact with fans and ensure the necessary eyeballs for her film. An industry insider said, “Social networking sites have emerged as a strong promotional tool be it films or products. Be it any film - big or small, social networking promotion has become an important aspect.
“Most of the actors increase their social networking activities during a film’s release. Even Abhishek and Amitabh have been promoting their films - Paa and Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap, on twitter. Therefore, it would be a great idea for Ash to start interacting with fans through her micro-blog.”
We are sure Ash won’t have any difficulty starting a micro-blog. After all she has Abhi and Big B - two of the most active bloggers - to help her get on with it.
