‘Aankh Marey’, ‘Dilbar’, ‘Tip Tip Barsa Paani’: Bollywood remade songs that struck the right balance between nostalgia and new-age music

The original version of ‘Aankh Marey’ appeared in the film ‘Tere Mere Sapne’ released in 1996, but it received a new rendition with an energised remix style in the movie ‘Simmba’ starring Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan. The new version featured very upbeat beats and more dance-oriented choreography.
