64th Vimal Elaichi Filmfare Awards 2019: Red carpet arrivals

It is that time of the year again when Bollywood’s biggest and brightest stars assemble under one roof for the biggest awards show, the 64th Vimal Elaichi Filmfare Awards 2019 that recognises and honours the best talents in show business. With the red carpet rolled out and the spotlights turned up bright, we are all set to see our favourite stars put their fashion foot forward as they strut down the carpet in and make a fashion statement or two.

The big night in Bollywood will be hosted by none other than the Baadshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, who will be joined by a host of celebs like Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Rajkummar Rao and more, all set to put up some top-notch performances through the awards night.

7/17

Sara Ali Khan

This may have been Sara Ali Khan’s debut on the 64th Vimal Elaichi Filmfare Awards 2019 red carpet, but the beauty nailed her appearance like a pro. Ditching the flashy gowns, Sara was a vision to behold as she opted for a regal and elegant shimmery lehenga choli with a sheer dupatta and hair worn in soft waves. 12/17

Ishaan Khatter ditched boring blacks for a royal blue double-breasted suit as he arrived in style for the 64th Vimal Elaichi Filmfare Awards 2019. 14/17

Sonam Kapoor and Diana Penty

Sonam Kapoor, who took home a Filmfare award in 2017, added a pop of colour and drama to the red carpet as she turned up in a bright pink gown with puffed sleeves.
