Reportedly, Virat often has warm water with lemon and honey. Anushka reportedly starts her day with immunity boosters and warm lemon water or simply water, according to The Indian Express. During a conversation with Pinkvilla, Anushka revealed that they have haldi in the morning and also enjoy a cup of tea mixed with haldi, ginger and Kali mirch.

In a video that has gone viral on social media, Anushka Sharma shared that Virat's mornings invariably include a dedicated fitness routine, often involving cardio, HIIT, or cricket practice, sometimes with Anushka joining him. She also revealed that he sometimes prefers playing cricket in the morning along with strength training. While Anushka's specific morning workout isn't as detailed publicly, she has often shared her dedication towards fitness, exercise, and yoga. At an old interview of her promotions for the movie Philauri, the actress shared that she doesn't consume gluten, sugars or even dairy products. During the same interview, she further revealed that she prefers having their alternatives, and tries substituting her diet with healthy and nutritious food.

During the same event, she further shared that they follow a strict routine and ensure that they sleep and eat at the same time despite their schedules, which contributes to their bright start to the day.
