Toilet Ek Prem Katha’ seems to be unstoppable at the box office. The film that released on August 11 has been moving ahead at a good speed and showed a remarkable collection of around Rs 12 crore on its first Monday. After opening at more than Rs 11 crore, the film showed a massive growth during the weekend with its Sunday collections touching the peak of Rs 21.25 crore.
The total collection of the film now stands at around Rs 62 crore.

Narendra Modi’s pet campaign Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. It revolves around a new bride (Bhumi Pednekar) who leaves home in the absence of a proper toilet, compelling her husband (Akshay Kumar) to stand up for the cause to bring her back.
