'Saiyaara' box office collection day 19: The Ahaan Panday, Aneet Padda records its lowest per day number on Tuesday, 'Mahavtar Narsimha' takes over the box office now

‘Saiyaara’, which hit cinemas on July 18, has been winning hearts and performing well at the box office for the past two weeks. Directed by Mohit Suri, the film had a strong run but has now started to slow down in its third week. This dip in performance is mainly due to the rise of ‘Mahavtar Narsimha’, which gained momentum last week thanks to positive word of mouth. In fact, on Friday, August 1, two new films – ‘Son Of Sardaar 2’ and ‘Dhadak 2’ – were released, but ‘Mahavtar Narsimha’ still outperformed both of them, as well as ‘Saiyaara’.

Now the Ahaan Panday, Aneet Padda starrer has crossed Rs 300 crore on Monday but has begun to slow down now. Nevertheless, 'Saiyaara' is a huge hit and these numbers are unprecedented. After making something in the range of Rs 14 to Rs 15 crore over its third weekend, the film collected Rs 2.50 crore on Monday. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, which is day 19, it has made Rs 2.18 crore so far. The total collection of the film so far, according to Sacnilk is Rs

Meanwhile, 'Mahavtar Narsimha' collected Rs 7.35 crore on Monday which is huge. On Tuesday, the film has collected Rs 2.64 crore till afternoon. The total collection now stands at Rs 100.94 crore. So, it will cross Rs 100 crore on Tuesday. The newer releases, 'Son Of Sardaar 2' and 'Dhadak 2' are struggling for their share of attention. While Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri's 'Dhadak 2' has collected Rs 13.2 so far till day 5, the Ajay Devgn starrer has collected Rs 27.63 so far, according to Sacnilk.
