Our film industry is growing: Shital Shah

Actress and filmmaker Shital Shah, who has directed critically acclaimed Gujarati films like Hu, feels that the local film industry is going through an exciting phase. Shital shares, “Personally speaking, this is the best time to be here in the state. The film industry is growing and we are in the process of telling new stories. It’s encouraging to receive positive response from the audiences too.”
Talking about the Gujarat Day celebrations, she added, “Like most Gujaratis, I have the entrepreneurial skill in my DNA and love pushing my boundaries at work.One can’t take away the element of hospitality and warmth from Gujaratis. Gujaratis are industrious people and that definitely contributes to the growth of the state. As we celebrate the Gujarat Day, I hope we will have a cleaner Gujarat and the citizens having a better civic sense.”
