Whiteland Corporation announces the launch of Westin Residences Gurugram in collaboration with Marriott International
Westin Residences Gurugram will be the first residential development in India under the Westin brand. This development will also be one of the largest standalone branded residences projects in the country.
Whiteland Corporation, a young and promising real estate developer in Delhi NCR, in collaboration with Marriott International, proudly announces the launch of Westin Residences Gurugram—India’s first Westin-branded residential development and the largest standalone branded residences project in the country.
Strategically located in Sector 103, Dwarka Expressway, the project is set to redefine premium living with its scale, wellness-first design, and global brand association. With a projected topline of ₹15,000 crore, the development signifies a major milestone for India’s residential real estate segment.
Just 15 minutes from Gurugram’s CBD and 20 minutes from South and West Delhi, The Residences enjoy seamless access to IGI Airport, Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Dwarka Golf Course, and the upcoming Diplomatic Enclave—making it a top choice for high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and diplomats.
Envisioned to be an urban oasis, The Residences will span across 7.78 hectares (approximately 20 acres) of beautifully landscaped grounds, with 1,700 exclusive three-bedroom and four-bedroom residences ranging from 248 to 402 square metres (approximately 2,673 to 4,328 sq ft).
Inspired by biophilic design, the development will rise on stilts, allowing verdant landscapes to flow uninterrupted beneath it. This visionary concept has been shaped by global design experts including architect Hafeez Contractor, landscaping firm Coopers Hill, interior specialists BM&A, lighting consultants ASA, and structural and engineering consultants Vintech Consultants.
Rooted in the Westin brand’s Six Pillars of Well-being—Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well, and Play Well—The Residences are thoughtfully curated to foster a balanced, health-forward lifestyle.
From WestinWORKOUT® facilities to mindful culinary experiences and one of India’s finest clubhouses, the project offers an array of wellness and leisure amenities for all age groups.
At the launch of Westin Residences Gurugram, Navdeep Sardana, founder of Whiteland Corporation, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “A new trend is reshaping the real estate landscape—one that seamlessly blends world-class construction with the elevated lifestyle of hospitality. Earlier, there was little differentiation in the premium housing space, and hospitality was never a defining element. However, with evolving market dynamics and a growing demand for elevated service standards, this shift has become inevitable. We recognised this change early on and acted decisively by collaborating with Marriott International to bring Westin Residences to Gurugram. This collaboration reflects our commitment to delivering not just homes, but truly transformative living experiences.”
John Hearns, senior vice president, Global Residential Operations, Marriott International, added: “We are delighted to introduce Westin Residences Gurugram to India, and the wellness promise that the brand is known for, to residence owners. Developed by Whiteland Corporation and driven by their pioneering spirit and unwavering commitment to excellence, The Residences will set a new benchmark in premium living in India, creating homes designed to empower a better you.”
