Soaking in the rhythm divine

A musical treat awaited the audience at Bal Gandharva Rangmandir in Pune. The morning had a musical session of contemporary music with instruments such as percussion. It brought together a morning of music sets which was new to both artists and the audience.

Bol, saw a unique combination of music with talented artistes like Taufiq Qureshi, Vijay Prakash, Priyanka Barve, Aditya Kalyanpur, Shikhar Naad Qureshi and Tanmay Deochake coming together to present a series of fusion, contemporary songs.

The unplugged version of Mere dholna sung by Priyanka Barve at this event was the highlight of the morning show, while Vijay Prakash’s rendition of Jai Ho was loved by all.

At the same time, Taufiq’s percussion performance stood out and received a big applause from the audience.
