Saluting the bravehearts
Many people attended the bravery award ceremony organised by a prominent corporate house at a prominent city hotel in Lucknow.

Lt Gen Gautam Dutt (TOI Photo) Munshi Premchand rightly said: ���Like timidity, bravery is also contagious.��� And this was visible at the recently concluded bravery award ceremony organised by a prominent corporate house at a prominent city hotel.
Offering recognition to those individuals who had stood up against all odds, the function sought to award these brave ones in different categories like - physical and social bravery and the Mind of Steel Award.
Keeping the spirit of the function alive was Shammi Narang, the compere, who took the audience on an emotional journey by narrating various acts of bravery shown by award winners.
The function ended with sufi singer Zila Khan mesmerising the audience by crooning some captivating sufiana numbers.

Gracing the occasion to felicitate the awardees as well as take a li���l inspiration from these brave ones, were the likes of Lt Gen Gautam Dutt, Sehba Hussain and Padmshri Runa Banerjee, who gave the awards. Others who showed up were RK Mittal, Dr RP Singh, Col AK Singh, Prof Nishi Pandey and Prof Roop Rekha Verma.
The function ended with sufi singer Zila Khan mesmerising the audience by crooning some captivating sufiana numbers.
