Times Now Foodie Awards in Mumbai

Kolkata-based confectionery, Flurys, has won the Lifetime Achievement Award by the special jury at the Times Now Foodie Awards 2011, held in Mumbai, on February 13.
It was an all-time high for the confectionery chain, when the award was handed over to the team by director Yash Chopra. The awards were conferred on the basis of an expert jury panel comprising prominent names from the food and beverage industry and acclaimed food critics from India including Chef Joy Bhattacharya (Executive Chef, Trident), Rashmi Uday Singh (food critic and writer), Anjan Chatterjee (restaurateur) and Kunal Vijayakar (“ The Foodie”).
